Job Date: 3/12/2013 |
Job Type: Dishwashers |
Job Location: Camden Ave., 90025
Customer Symptoms:A client was excited that she had recently purchased a new dishwasher but the installation technician had cancelled on her at the last minute. She contacted our company to see if we would come to our home to install the appliance for her.
Issue:The client wanted to use her new dishwasher but had no way of installing it. We first had to make sure that the dishwasher would have its own circuit from the main electrical panel, a drain to which it could connect and a source of hot water.
Resolution:After determining that the appliance could be installed successfully, the technician was able to install the feed and the drain hose. He connected the water line by attaching one end of the line to the tap valve and the other side to the water valve on the unit itself. He finished by wiring the dishwasher, placing it in its location and testing the installation by ensuring that the appliance was not leaking.
