Job Type: Emergency |
Job Location: Location: Westwood Blvd., Los Angeles, 90025
Customer Symptoms:Customer has a commercial business and complained that the only faucet in the restroom was not working and leaking onto the floor, thus wasting water and increasing his water bill every minute.
Issue:We checked to see if the washer was worn out or improperly installed, if the valve seat was corroded or if there was a problem in the O-ring as these are the most typical causes of a dripping water faucet.
Resolution:We saw that the washer was extremely worn out due to constant friction and resistance from rubbing against the valve seat. Our technician replaced the washer and remained to ensure that the faucet was working properly. The customer was satisfied with our timely response and was happy that business could return to normal.
