Customer Symptoms:We received a call from a business owner who was suffering from a leaking sink.
Issue:We sent a technician to her property, and he was able to immediately determine that the washer needed to be replaced. He explained to the client that over time, hard water can build up and destroy the seal around the washer, but it was fortunately an easy and inexpensive fix.
Resolution:Our technician turned off the property’s water supply before replacing the worn washer with a brand new one. The homeowner was pleased with our timely and accurate assessment, and she admitted that she was expecting a much larger problem.
