It may or may not be the certified plumber that comes out to solve your problem, but it will be someone who knows what you are going through and wants to get help out to you as fast as possible.

We don’t put you on a waiting list when you call. We find a certified plumber that can get to you right away and take care of the problem. Pipe leaks

From smaller leaks to a burst pipe, we know how scary pipe flooding can be. The sound of a pipe bursting can be intimidating and the helpless feeling of water everywhere can be stressful. Clogged Toilet

It happens all the time. A toilet can get clogged for many reasons, and a severe clog may not be something that you can deal with on your own. If the toilet backs up and the plunger you have is not doing the job, then call us right away and we will get you through this home crisis.

Faucet Malfunction

We use our faucets every day and can start to take them for granted after a while. A faucet malfunction can lead to a massive water leak that can cause severe water damage to your home. If your faucet starts to leak or malfunctions to the point where it is starting to fall apart, do not hesitate to contact us immediately.

Basement Flooding

A flooded basement can be the result of a clogged basement drain, a bad sump pump or a leaking pipe. If the water supply valve for your house is leaking, then that is a major issue. If your basement is flooding with water, then call us right away so we can limit the damage and property loss.

Water Heaters

When your water heater goes out you cannot clean clothes or shower. We can replace your water heater and get you back to normal.

24 Hour Plumbing

Customer Symptoms:

We received a call from a client who was experiencing flood-like waters in her basement. She did not know where the water was coming from and was concerned for the protection of her valuables and furniture.

Issue:

We know how important emergency issues can be so our 24 hour plumber responded within the hour. We surveyed the situation and determined that the excess water was the result of a clogged sewer drain. We asked the customer if she had been experiencing delaying flushes or prolonged refilling times when she used her toilet, and she reported that she had experienced difficulty earlier that day.

Resolution:

We used state-of-the-art equipment and technology to locate the source of the problem. Our technician found that the best method to find the clog was to thread a camera into the drainage system rather than begin digging in areas simply to guess where the issue began. After locating the clog, the technician was able to quickly and efficiently restore the sewer system with minimal damage to the customer’s property. She was happy to know that we took the effort to accurately find the troubled area before we started to rectify the problem.

Emergency Plumber

Customer Symptoms:

We received a call from a customer in the wee hours of the morning that her house had flooded with foul-smelling, contaminated water and she was concerned about the extent of the damage.

Issue:

We dispatched an emergency plumber to her location immediately to assess the situation. A technician determined that the sewer lines were blocked, leading to the overflow of putrid water.

Resolution:

The technician asked the customer if she had been experiencing slower-than-normal drain flow or if she had heard gurgling sounds coming from the pipes when she flushed the toilet. She acknowledged that she had experienced both of those situations. After eliminating a blocked vent as a possible cause, our technician was able to use a miniature camera to inspect the sewer pipes. He was able to accurately locate the clog and then fed an auger into the sewer line to clear the blockage.

Gas Line Leaking

Customer Symptoms:

A homeowner called to alert that he smelled gas inside his home and suspected a gas leak somewhere in the building. He had shut off the gas valve and contacted us immediately to ask for an emergency plumber.

Issue:

Our technician arrived on site and checked the gas valve to ensure that it was correctly shut off. The technician turned the valve back on to allow a small amount of gas to enter. The smell of mercaptan (or the “rotten egg smell”) was evident in the house, and the plumber quickly inspected the piping and fittings to locate the leak. The technician soaped all the fittings that he could find and in order to look for soap bubbles. The bubbles are a sign that the gas is leaking from that area, and he was able to locate the leak.

Resolution:

Once the leak was located, the technician began sandpapering the affected area and cleaned it down. He then retrieved an epoxy coating and applied it to the gas line where the leak was located. He held it firmly in the area that the pinhole leak was and advised the homeowner to let it cure overnight. Lastly, he tightened the gas fitting to ensure that it wasn’t loosened during the epoxy application. Once the gas valve was turned back on, a second soap bubble test was conducted in the area, but none were present, and the leak had been repaired.

Clogged Toilet

Customer Symptoms:

A customer called us to let us know that their toilet was clogged. The homeowner had attempted to use a plunger, but it would not work. In addition, the homeowner had lifted the tank lid and lifted the flapper valve to make the water go down, but it still didn’t work.

Issue:

Our plumber arrived at the home and did the usual inspections, including using the plunger and lifting the flapper. After the water failed to go down, the technician noted they would need to inspect the drain itself and uninstall the toilet.

Resolution:

Our technician unhooked the water supply, unscrewed the mounting ring and removed the toilet. After inspecting the drain, the technician snaked and cleaned out the drain, which was in poor condition. The drain was completely clogged from a buildup of flushed away items. The technician then re-installed the toilet and tested the flush mechanic several times. The homeowner called back several days later to report that there were no more issues with the toilet.

Customer Symptoms:

We received a call late one night from a teenaged girl whose parents had went out for the evening. The girl had went into the basement and noticed that it had begun to flood and smelled rather foul. Her parents were unreachable, so we dispatched a plumber to the residence.

Issue:

After surveying the situation, the technician determined that there was a block in the sewer lines, so he used a small camera to inspect the pipes and locate the source of the clog.

Resolution:

He was then able to feed an auger into the line to clear the debris.

Customer Symptoms:

We received a frantic call from a homeowner in the wee hours of the morning as she awoke to hear water running. She checked her basement and found that a pipe had burst, pouring water into the area.

Issue:

We immediately dispatched a technician to her residence. Our technician asked the homeowner whether she was experiencing any other symptoms and she had admitted that she had had difficulty flushing her toilet earlier that morning and that it took longer than usual for the bowl to refill.

Resolution:

The technician determined that the source of the problem was most likely a clogged sewer line. He was able to locate the clog using an inline camera. He shut off the main water supply to the home and used a snake in the drain to clear out the blockage and resume flow. He asked the homeowner to show him which toilet was giving her problems to verify that the bowl would refill at its normal rate. After making sure that the water flow was restored and the leaking had stopped in the basement, the technician discussed the homeowner’s options for restoration following the water damage.

Emergency

Customer Symptoms:

Customer has a commercial business and complained that the only faucet in the restroom was not working and leaking onto the floor, thus wasting water and increasing his water bill every minute.

Issue:

We checked to see if the washer was worn out or improperly installed, if the valve seat was corroded or if there was a problem in the O-ring as these are the most typical causes of a dripping water faucet.

Resolution:

We saw that the washer was extremely worn out due to constant friction and resistance from rubbing against the valve seat. Our technician replaced the washer and remained to ensure that the faucet was working properly. The customer was satisfied with our timely response and was happy that business could return to normal.
