Job Type: Dishwashers |
Job Location: E 1st Street, Los Angeles, 90063
Customer Symptoms:We recently sent a technician to a residence after a customer reported that his dishwasher wouldn’t start.
Issue:The technician checked the power supply to make sure that the shutoff switch was turned on and that the machine was plugged in before testing the motor. He explained to the customer that sometimes the motor can stick, especially if the dishwasher hasn’t been used in a while.
Resolution:To get it running again, the technician first turned off the electrical power and used his hands to manually spin the fan blades on the motor. He then restored power and verified that the unit was working.
